Adrian Lewis has been suspended from darts after appearing to push an opponent at the end of a match.
The former two-time world champion was playing in the PDC UK Open qualifier against Spaniard Jose Justicia when he erupted.
Lewis, who was left out of this years Premier League, is seen pushing Justicia in the shoulder with his right hand after the Stoke star won 6-5 at the tournament in Wigan.
Stewards are seen separating the players after Lewis was heard saying: “You’re trying to p*ss me off, I’m telling you…”
It is not the fist time Lewis has been involved in controversy.
Following the a Premier League match in 2016 he branded Scot Peter Wright's wife "a disgrace" after she questioned the desire of Gary Anderson.
The 33-year-old has seen his career take a dip in recent years with losing in semi-finals of the Masters and World Matchplay.
He failed to win a major tournament last year after previously winning the world championship in 2011 and 2012 then proceeding to triumph in the UK in 2013.
A PDC statement was released following the incident, it said: "Following a review of the incidents which occurred in his match with Jose Justicia at Friday's UK Open qualifier, the Darts Regulation Authority has suspended Adrian Lewis with immediate effect pending a full investigation in to the matter.
"The player has the right of appeal."
