Labour Party
The Labour Party are a centre-left political party in the United Kingdom. They were founded in 1900 and quickly replaced the Liberal Party as the main opposition to the Conservatives. The party first came to power in the UK under Ramsay MacDonald in 1924. Labour ruled for 13 years between 1997 and 2010 under Tony Blair and Gordon Brown.
