Livingston Women made it four straight home wins as they knocked four past St Johnstone in an SWPL2 victory at the Tony Macaroni Arena.
The Lionesses remain in third place in the table thanks to the 4-2 triumph. They got off to a fast start as they got themselves two goals in front inside the opening half hour.
Anna Dickov opened the scoring with a fine finish into the top corner before Lucy Watt made it two after she was found by Beth McKay.
Lauren Evans made an immediate impact off the subs bench as she added a third just before the hour mark before the Saints pulled one back through Steff Simson, only for the home side to quickly restore their three goal lead as Shannon Todd headed home her first goal for the club.
Alix Moodie threatened to make it a nervy finish as she beat Molly Reeve from distance on 80 minutes but a sturdy defensive display over the closing minutes ensured the home side picked up the three points that keeps them firmly in the promotion picture.
Next up is an away clash against Boroughmuir Thistle on Sunday with the home side being able to leapfrog Livi in the table with a victory.
