'Snakebite' Peter Wright sank his fangs into Gary Anderson's hopes of a World Darts Championship hat-trick and sealed his Monday night final place with an Ally Pally masterclass.
And there'll he'll meet Michael Smith, who saw off James Wade to make his second ever final in a Scotland vs England showdown.
Wright raced into a two set lead in the all-Scotland semi with a 106 average blowing Anderson away early on.
He added another on top of that when Anderson came up short with two chances at the double to prolong the third – and suddenly was halfway to the final.
The Flying Scotsman is no stranger to a comeback, however, and he dug deep to ensure this one was the epic we were all expecting.

Anderson grabbed another set with a sensational 105 checkout and it was game on.
But then came another momentum shift. The Palace crowd was ready to explode as Wright lined up D12 for a second World Championships nine-dart finish in 24 hours.
Snakebite came up short on the greatest feat in darts, but closed out the set after a big miss from Anderson at tops.
Anderson would come back again to make it 4-3 on sets at a break. Wright once again was able to keep him at arms' length when he took the eighth.
Then back came Anderson to make it 5-4.
Sensational stuff. But it had to come to an end eventually.
And the task of breaking with Wright on throw in the tenth set was too tall an order for Anderson - with Snakebite's tally of 24 smashing Anderson's record for most 180s in a match in the final set as he sealed his place in the final.
