Shoppers on the lookout for a new laptop can get their hands on an Apple MacBook for £350 less.
Apple laptops have long been hailed for their speedy processors, vibrant screen display and sleek designs. But even its cheapest devices come with hefty price tags.
If you want to own one but are on a budget, Laptops Direct has reduced the price of one model by £350. Originally £1250, shoppers can get the Apple MacBook Air 13.3" 2020 for £900 while stocks last.
Apples' "thinnest, lightest" notebook promises operating speeds of up to five times faster than its competitors, thanks to the M1 processor chip that exclusively features in Mac products.
The gadget's Big Sur operating system works with the M1 chip to get the MacBook Air up and running fast, making it wake instantly from sleep, making every day emails and web surfing easier.
Its 13.3‑inch, 2560x1600-resolution Retina display produces vibrant colours, as well as sharp and clear text. It comes with eight gigabytes of memory and a 512SSD drive for plenty of file storage.
The high tech gadget also features touch ID technology, which recognises the owner's fingerprint to offer quick access without having to re-enter passwords. Those who shop online with Apple Pay can use Touch ID to fill in shipping and billing information without sharing card details.
For a bit extra, Laptops Direct will throw in a one year subscription to Norton 360 Deluxe Internet Security to protect the device from viruses, hackers and includes your own VPN for extra security, for a total of £920.
For those who want to shop around, there are plenty of other laptop deals on right now to take advantage of. At the moment, Argos is offering discounts across Apple, Lenovo and HP products.
