US Open Tennis Championship
The US Open stands as the fourth and final tennis major in the calender year and is one of the Grand Slam competitions. The hardcourt tournament is held at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park in Queens, New York and is the successor to the US National Championship - which began in 1881. The reigning champion is Scotsman, Andy Murray - who won the 2012 final against Novak Djokovic.
